Vitra Abat-Jour Conique Light Shade
During the 1940s, Jean Prouvé designed the Potence wall lamp for his own home in Nancy: a simple light bulb affixed to a long pivoting metal bar, which is supported by a steel wire. In 1947 Prouvé developed a cone-shaped lamp shade to match Potence in its different versions and sizes.
